Class A CDL Driver – Trade Show Freight
Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Class A CDL Driver to handle freight for trade shows, conventions, and events. In this role, you’ll transport materials, booths, and displays to and from venues across the country, ensuring safe, timely, and professional delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class A commercial trucks for trade show freight deliveries.
- Transport and deliver event materials to convention centers and venues.
- Assist with load-in/load-out of freight and secure loads properly.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain clean, well-kept equipment.
- Keep accurate logs and delivery records in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and on-site teams.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company at shows.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
- 1+ year of CDL driving experience (trade show or specialized freight preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and travel for multi-day events.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.

Carpenter - Trade Show Exhibits
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced carpenter to join our trade show exhibit production team. This role is responsible for constructing, assembling, and finishing custom trade show booths, displays, and event structures. The ideal candidate has strong woodworking and cabinetry skills, thrives in a fast-paced shop environment, and is passionate about producing high-quality, detail-oriented work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct custom exhibit components using wood, laminates, MDF, and other materials.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, build plans, and technical specifications.
- Operate woodworking machinery and tools, including saws, routers, planers, drills, and sanders.
- Execute precise cuts, joinery, and finishing techniques to achieve a professional appearance.
- Assist in crating, packing, and prepping components for shipping to trade shows and events.
- Collaborate with fabricators, laminators, and designers to ensure all pieces meet quality and design standards.
- Perform repairs and modifications on existing exhibit components as needed.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workshop environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional carpentry, cabinetry, or exhibit-building experience.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking materials, techniques, and finishing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical schematics.
- Comfortably operate a wide range of shop tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding shop environment.
- Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality standards.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and flexibility to meet tight deadlines.
